Ingredients
2lbs of ground beef or chuck1 can of peas1 can cream of mushroom soup6-8 large potatos
Directions
cook potaotos until soft and beat as you would regular mashed potoatos. spread into the bottom of a 8" by 11" pan.
brown the hamburger and add on top of the mashed potatos. top with can of peas or green beans and the can of cream of mushroom soup( no milk) . bake at 375 for 45 minutes
