preheat oven to 350 degrees.1 pound lean (93%) ground turkey ( I used turkey leftover from tacos the night before)2 cups chopped fresh broccoli1 chopped zucchini1 diced tomato1 can cream of mushroom soup, (low fat)1 jar Classico LIGHT alfredo sauce1 Box of wheat penne pasta (salt, pepper, garlic powder or any other seasoning you like).
Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat with any seasoning you like, add the broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occastionally.Add the jar of sauce and the can of cream of mushroom soup and the milk. Stir well.Cook for 5 more minutes. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Get a casserole dish prepared by spraying with PAM cooking spray (or any other type), add the pasta to the pan, then stir in the sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top. Pop into the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
