Ingredients
Garlic, 2 clove crushed pasta,rotini,smart taste Ronzoni brand, 8 oz Parmesean Cheese grated, .25 cup Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Diced Tomatoes - canned, 1 cup non fat Cottage Cheese, .5 cup Carrot - raw, shredded, .5 cup Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat, 8 oz Onion (Raw), 4 oz chopped Tomato Sauce, 1 - 15oz can Mushroom, baby bella, fresh, 4 oz sliced Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 0.25 cup 1 tbs. Italian Seasoning
Directions
brown beef and veggies in large non-stick skillet. add beef broth, herbs, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Heat thru. stir in cooked pasta (under cook the pasta just a little). transfer to 9x9 baking dish that's been lightly coated with pam olive oil spray. combine cottage cheese with parmesean and spread evenly over pasta mix. cover and bake 20 mins. at 350. remove cover and bake another 10 mins or until cheese begins to bubble. serves 4. 355 cals each serving.
