Sharon's Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Medium potatoes, peeled, chopped and boiled6 Tbs. My Essentials low fat sour cream3 tbs. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (Lite)1/2 cup My Essentials Fat Free Chicken Broth1 dash each of salt and pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Peel potaotes and chop into bite-sized pieces. Boil for 8-10 minutes, or until soft. Drain, and return to pan. Mash potatoes.Add sour cream, butter and chicken broth. Mash potatoes again until well combined and fluffy. Add Salt and pepper.
