chili veggie soup (slimming)

2 tsp Olive Oil 11/4 lbs hamburger 1 onion chopped 2 cloves garlic 1/8 cayenne pepper 1/4 chopped parsley 1 hot pepper 1(14oz)can tomato 1 (32oz)reduced sodium v-8 juice 1 (14 oz) can kidney beans drained and washed
Directions
sautee' meat 5 min. drain sautee' onion ,garlic,peppers,until soft.stir in remaining ingredients. simmer 20 min.
