Fat Free Seven Layer Bean Dip

Ingredients
32 oz Fat Free Refried Beans (2 cans)2 cups (8oz) Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 cups Fat Free Sour Cream (or fat free yogurt cheese)4 Medium Tomatoes (chopped)1/2 cup sliced green onions4 tbs chopped black olives1 cup Salsa1 cup lettuce (optional)
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the refried beans and salsa. Spread the bean mixture on a 9x13-inch dish. Spread the yogurt cheese or sour cream on top of the bean layer, then layer the shredded cheese. If dip will be used in one day, layer lettuce over cheese (may get soggy over time). Finally, layer tomatoes, green onions and olives on top. If desired, cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 32 1/3 cup servings. Half recipe in 9-in square or pie pan for smaller groups.
