Crock Pot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)Water, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ouncesDel Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 0.25 cup, dicedBasil, 0.5 tspBarilla Plus Rotini (2 oz, 56 grams), 4 oz Peas, canned, 1 canCarrots, cooked, 1.5 cup slices
Directions
Cook chicken. Mix all except rotini, peas and carrots in crock pot and cook for 5-7 hrs in crock pot. Approx 1 hr before serving, add rotini, peas and carrots.
