Spinach And Asparagus Quinoa

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa, .50 cup *Prosciutto, 1.5 oz *Beef Base (McCormick), 1 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields Salt, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Prepare quinoa as package directs, adding beef base and garlic powder to water.

Saute prosciutto, garlic, and onions in oli oil until onions are soft. Add asparagus and cook for a couple of minutes, then add chopped spinach. Season with a squeeze of lemo, salt, and pepper and continue sauteing until spinach is wilted. Stir in quinoa.
