Easy and Fast Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
6 eggs1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese (I use 4%)1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup of flour 1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Cook on a griddle @ 350 until bubbles appear on top (about 1 minute) flip and cook about another minute.

Serving Size: Makes 24 3" pancakes
