Yummy Breakfast Sandwich!

Ingredients
1 light multigrain english muffin (100 cal)1 tablespoon of peanut butter (nutrition info has chunky styl)1 small banana.5 oz of honey (comes in packets or you can measure it out )
Directions
1. toast the english muffin to your preference

2. then spread the peanut butter onto one half

3. slice up the banana and put it on top of the peanut butter ( you might have extra banana, you can either save it for later or eat it along with your sandwich!)

4. then drizzle the honey on top of the banana and peanut butter and top it off with the other half of the english muffin!

who needs those fast food breakfast sandwiches when you have this one! packed full of fiber and protein it keeps you full!
