Ingredients
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla1 tbsp Salsa1 cup Spinach, fresh1 tbsp Red Bell Pepper, chopped1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim, shredded1 tbsp Sour Cream 1/4 Avocado
Directions
Heat oven to 425º. Spread salsa on the tortilla. Layer spinach, pepper and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Add sour cream and avocado.
