Crcok Pot Quinoa Chick Pea Stew

Ingredients
One can of chick peas, drainedOne cup Quinoa (pre rinsed)One can of traditional tomato saucea handful of mini peppers, chopped4-5 carrots sliced into coins2 cubes of vegetable bullion4 cups of waterSprinkle of garlic powder1 tsp of curry powder
Directions
Add all ingredients into the crock pot, stir. Put on high for 4 hours for a more soup like stew. If you want a denser, thicker stew, switch to low after 4 hours and let cook for another 2 hours on low.
