Zuchinni Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients
Zucchini, .5 cup, shredded *Flour, white, unbleached .75 cup Agave Nectar .25 cupCinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract, .5 tspSalt, .5 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tspBaking Soda, .5 tsp Egg, fresh, .5 largeCoconut Oil, .25 cup Banana, fresh, 1 small mashed Walnuts, .125 cup, chopped Almonds .125 cup chopped
Directions
In a large bow l, combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl,
beat the egg, bananas, oil, agave nectar and extracts. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in zucchini and nuts.
Transfer to loaf pans coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 25 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

Serving Size: 8-16 pieces makes 8 slices in a 9x5 loaf pan and if cut in half 16
