Egg Souffle

Ingredients
16 slices of bread (cut off crust)8 slices cheddar cheese8 slices of hamSauce:3 cups milk8 eggs1/2 t dry mustard1 t saltShake or two of tobacco1 T (or more) chopped onionTopping:2 c corn flakes1/2 c melted butter
Directions
Layer 8 slices of bread, cheese, ham, and remaining 8 slices of bread in a 9" x 13" dish. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt, tobacco, and onion together. Pour mixture over bread. Mix corn flakes with melted butter. Cover casserole with corn flakes. Prepare the night before. Refrigerate overnight. Bake when needed for one hour at 350 degrees.
