Ingredients
Directions
20 oz package of lean ground turkey1 egg (beaten)1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbsnon-stick spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish (I use non-stick spray) and place in the oven during preheating.
Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl. Using an ice cream scoop (if available), form the meat into golf size balls. Place 1 inch apart in the hot baking dish. Press down to flatten the bottom slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes then turn over and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or somewhat crispy on the outside.
I then heat up the rolls (open) in the over on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Place 3 meatballs on each roll. Top with about 1/4 cup pizza sauce and slice of cheese. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
