Sweet & Sour Fish

Ingredients
2 Tbsp vegetable oil1 large slice ginger root, slivered2 cloves garlic, chopped1 medium onion, chopped2 cups cabbage, shredded1 medium tomato, chopped1/4 cup chicken stock (or vegetable stock)2 Tbsp honey1/4 cup Ketchup1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce (adjust to taste or omit)*1 Tbsp lime juice12 oz Tilapia or other white fish, cubed
Directions
1) saute oil, ginger, garlic, onion, cabbage and tomato until onion and cabbage are tender.
2) add stock, honey, ketchup, pepper and lime, simmer 2 minutes.
3) add Tilapia, cook until fish flakes.
