Baked Chocolate Donuts

3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/4 cup sifted dutch-process cocoa1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup Stevia in the Raw1 tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 egg1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk1 tsp vanilla4 tbsp melted coconut oilGlaze:1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (allery free)2 tbsp melted coconut oil1 tbsp corn syrup1/4 tsp vanilla
Wisk together the whole wheat pastry flour, cocoa, sugar, stevia, baking powder, and salt. Combine the room temperature almond milk, egg, vanilla and melted coconut oil. Milk the wet ingredients into the dry just until combined. Spoon the batter into well greased donut pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 - 8 minutes.
For the glaze: melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Combine the chocolate mixture, corn syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Dip the warm donuts in the glaze and dust with sprinkles if desired.
