Fried Okra

Ingredients
3 cups of okra washed and sliced.(about 1/2 pound)1/4 cornmealcanola oil
Directions
wash and dry okra slice and place in a bowl. then toss in the cornmeal, mean while heat skillet and add canola oil. and get hot then toss okra with some pepper and salt. Drop in hot oil and fry until well brown and crispy. great hot serve with fish or chicken or whatever you like. Yummo!
