Roasted Chick Peas

- 1 Can of chick peas- 2 TBSP. of olive oil- 1/2 tsp. salt- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder- 1/4 tsp. red cayenne pepper- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Line a baking pan with foil.
- Drain chick peas, and pat dry between paper towels. Remove any loose skins.
- Drop chick peas onto the foiled baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle your seasonings, and with the palm of your hand, roll the peas around in the oil/seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (the longer, the crispier), making sure to shake the pan around every 15 minutes or so.
- Enjoy!
