Ingredients
1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped carrots2 cups chopped potatoes2 cans low sodium V81 package (32 oz.) Hanover Vegetables for Soup1 T. Mrs. Dash (I like the Extra Spicy Blend)About 8 cups of water (use enough to cover your veggies)
Directions
Throw it all in a pot or crockpot and cook to desired consistency. How easy is THAT?

Serving Size: I divide what ever I have into 10 containers to use throughout the week. It is about 2 cups per serving.
