Ingredients
*Flour, white, .5 cup *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup *Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, 12 tsp *bannana, 4 serving Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp *Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.5 cup *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Mix ripe bananas with palm sugar.
2. Combine the rest of dry ingredients except mini chips.
3. Add dry ingredients with banana mixture.
4. Spray loaf pan with Pam.
5. Spread half of mixture in loaf pan. Add half chips on top.
6. Add the remaining mixture on top.
7. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
8. Bake at350 for 50-60 minutes.
