Canned Tomatoes, 822 grams Beans, navy, 822 grams Lemon juice, 3 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Olive Oil, 3 tbsp 1 Tbsp ground sage2 tbsp ground flax seed(optional)
Put oil in pan over med heat. Add garlic and sage, saute until garlic is golden. Add all other ingredients and turn heat to low, cover and simmer 15 mins.
Serve with Rice or Whole wheat pasta.
