Becca's Turkey Spagetti Sauce

Ingredients
12 C Tomatoes w/skin ~ Chopped2 C Fresh mushrooms ~ Sliced1 1/2 C Green Bell Pepper ~ Chopped2 C Onion ~ Chopped1 C Celery ~ Chopped6 Cloves Garlic ~ Minced2 TBSP Basil ~ Ground1 TBSP Oregano ~ Ground1LB Ground TurkeySalt & Pepper to tast1 tsp Hot pepper seeds if desired
Directions
Chop tomtoes and put into large stock pot on med heat. Once they cook down add Muchrooms, Bell Pepper, Onion, Celery ,Garlic, Basil, Oregno, red pepper seeds (if desired) and salt & pepper to taste.
Continue simmering to cook down all vagatables.
In a skillet brown the trukey and add to the stock pot. Continue to cook on low heat to meld the flavors together. Serve and Enjoy ~ Don't forget the French bread with Garlic Butter! Yummm
