Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour2 tsp. sugar1/8 cup (1oz) vanilla almond milk1 egg1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- In a small bowl mix flour and sugar together.
- Add almond milk, and mix. This will create a thick pasta like mix
- Add egg and mix well.
- Heat oil in small pan, then pour mixture into pan
- Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook another two minutes or until done

You can top this with anything from fresh fruit to just sugar.
