Low-Fat, Low-Carb Tuna Salad

Ingredients
4 Oz. Solid White Albacore Tuna Fish1/4 C. Grated Carrot2 Tbs. Finely chopped onion1 Tsp. Tarragon2 Tbs. Hellman's Light Mayonnaise2 Tbs. Fat-free Plain Yogurt1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Chop onion and grate carrot. Place in Medium bowl. Drain tuna and place in bowl. Flake tuna with fork. Measure mayonnaise and yogurt into bowl. Add tarragon and pepper. Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 Cup servings(approx.).
