Ingredients
Ground Duck, without skin, 8 ozScallions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) diced*Soy Sauce, 2 tbspWonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 58 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)*Bean sprouts, 1 cup dicedWater 1.5 cup
Directions
Combine veg and duck. Spoon 1 tsp filling into each wrapper, moisten edge to seal in a shell shape. Lightly spray pan and cook about 2 minutes until brown, add water and cover to steam for 2 min more.
