Ingredients
2 Cups Red Mill Organic Quinoa Flour1/3 Cup Egg Whites1 Cup Lactose Free Skim Milk2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil1-1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder1 Cup Sunsweet Plum Amazins diced dried plums(1)4oz Mussleman's Cinnamon Lite Applesauce 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder1/2 Teaspoons Cardamom Powder1/2 Cup C & H Organic Blue Agave Light Nectar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt coconut oil in a sauce pan on low heat. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl(beat egg whites together along with milk, melted coconut oil, agave nectar, and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until well mixed. Gently fold in prunes.
