4 tbsp whole egg powder3 tbsp instant milk powder and i mean powder not granular like suger and must instantly disolve.1 tbsp unami for flavour enhancement of eggs also acts as a anti clumping agent.the milk is a cutter to eggs and will pick up the egg flavor, add msg to act as a declumper or to egg whites and enhances egg flavor.of course this is white to hide in flour and spices. The col. used whole egg powder (with yolk for full flavor), and msg as the enhanser as well as declumper.
