Ingredients
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)Ketchup, Heinz, 12 tbspGrey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's), 8 tbsp 93/7 Sirloin Burger T&C, 32 ozBush's Chili Beans, 6.75 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, 0.50 cup Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed Honey, 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 4 tsp *Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, 2 tsp (remove)*Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup, 0.5 cup
Directions
Fry sirloin burger in large pan skillet until fully cooked. Fry bacon in large sauté pan skillet until bacon has partially cooked and released about 1/4 cup drippings. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels. Use oven rack at lower-middle position and heat oven to 325 degrees. Add sweet onions in pan and sauté until tender for about about 5 minutes. Add 2 can of Bush Chili Beans and remaining ingredients bring to a simmer. (If skillet is not large enough, add beans and heat to a simmer then transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients). Pour flavored beans into a greased 13-by 9-inch (or similar size) ovenproof pan. Top with bacon, then bake until beans are bubbly and sauce is the consistency of pancake syrup, about 2 hours. Let stand to thicken slightly and serve.
