Rice flour, white, 1.75 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Corn Starch, 0.5 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Coconut Oil, 0.5 cup (remove)Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 12 oz (remove)Baking Soda, 3 tsp (remove)Carob chips, 8 tbsp (remove)
Combine dry ingredients. Mash banana and beat in eggs, add vanilla. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Melt coconut oil and add to mixing bowl. Mix until ingredients are wet. Add almond milk to desired consistency. Place on heated waffle iron by 1/2 cup amounts. Cook until golden brown. Serve with desired toppings :)
