Pork Loin Apple Pepper Stir Fry

1 pound sliced whole pork loin1.5 medium Apples cubed1 medium onion diced1 large sweet red bell pepper1 tsp sesame oil2 tsp fresh diced ginger root3 cloves garlic1 tbsp hoisin sauce1 tbsp sweet chili sauce1/2 tsp ground cinnamon130 grams Taipan stir fry noodles (1/3 bag)
Fry pork, onions, garlic and ginger in sesame oil. Once pork browns combine all other ingredients except noodle. Cook 4-5 minutes add noodles, cover and cook another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
