2 Bean Chili w/ Ground Sirloin & Turkey

1 lb. ground sirloin1 lb. ground turkey1 lg. onion (1 c.)1-2 cloves garlic, crushed1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes2 medium stalks celery, sliced (about 1 c.)2-3 Tbl. chili powder2 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce (optional)1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained rinsed1 can (15 oz.) white beans, drained & rinsed
Brown the meats and onion. Chop the vegetables. Mix together in Crock Pot and cook on low 5-6 hours. Or brown the meat, onion & garlic in a large frying pan. Add chopped vegetables & simmer for 1 hour. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
