4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned1 pkg. onion soup mix1/2 c. chicken broth1c. catalina french dressing
Put all ingredients into slow-cooker and cook on low fro 8 hours. Shred chicken and pour chicken with sauce over rice.
We do not put over rice, we just eat with some veggies, you would add extra calories for the rice

This recipe was GREAT! My boyfriend and I both enjoyed it. I did find it was a little salty, I am thinking next time I make it I will use a little less onion soup mix not sure if that was a the problem... but I will definitly make again. I did serve it with rice but account the additional cals - 1/7/09
