Cory's Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless 1 Green pepper, sliced 1 Red pepper, sliced 1 Onion, sliced 8 oz Tomatoes, chopped, canned 1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped 1 pkg Fajita seasoning 2 cloves Garlic, minced 1 Jalapeno, chopped
Directions
Put veggies & spices on bottom of crock pot, stir. Place chicken on top. Chicken may be frozen.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low 8-10.
