Coconut Lemon Mini Muffins

Ingredients
Add 1 tsp of: Cinnamon, Vanilla flavoring, Coconut Flavoring, Lemon FlavoringAdd Sweetner to taste-approximately 4 packets.Finely chop the craisins.Mix all ingredients.Add 2/3 cup water or more if needed.Sprinkle hazlenuts and coconut flakes on the top for garnish and dust with additional cinnamon.Sprinkle sweetner on top of garnish and spray with butter flavor spray to keep from burning.
Directions
Spray mini cupcake pan liberally with any butter flavored spray.
Bake 350 degrees for approximately 11 minutes or until brown and mini cupcakes pull away from sides of pan.
