Lo-Cal Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 slices bread - you can use diet bread2 eggs - you can use egg beaters1 tsp. baking soda2/3 cup dry skim milk2 tbsp. artifical sweetner (Splenda)1 cup blueberries (if frozen, completely thaw out).
Directions
Blend bread, eggs, milk, soda and sweetner in food processor until smooth. Add 2 tbsp. liquid from the thawed blueberries, or water with fresh blueberries. Blend well; then fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins lined with muffin liners. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until done. Makes 6 muffins.
