Beef, Portabella, and Broccoli Stir-Fry

1 lb steak cut into 1/4 inch slices1 T minced ginger2 T minced garlic1/2 bunch scallions sliced in 1/4 in. rounds1/4 c oyster sauce1 large head broccoli, chopped2 T peanut oil1/2lb portabella1 c chicken broth1 T cornstarch
Marinate steak in ginger, garlic, scallions, and oyster sauce.
Heat oil. Cook beef about 1-2 min. Add broccoli and mushrooms, cook another 2 minutes. Add broth till it heats. Remove broccoli and vegetables. Add cornstarch, cook till thickened (about 1 minute).
