4 cups chicken broth1 cup snow peas1 cup bean sprouts1 cup fresh mushrooms3 scallionsGinger1tbs lemon juice
Directions
Bring both to a boil, add mushroom, cook 5 min, add snow peas, scallions, bean sprouts, lemon & ginger. Cook 1 -3 minutes more.
