approximatly 2 Tablespoons of silken tofu1/2 of a banana1/2 a cup of frozen strawberries (thawed if you don't like the really cold drinks)1 cup of 100% apple juice
Directions
add all ingreidents to your blender and mix until a smooth texture forms.
