Ingredients
I 6-oz can crabmeat, drained1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped fresh spinach1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
Directions
Flake drained crabmeat with a fork into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

Makes one large or two small servings.

Good as a stand-alone lunch saladd or stuffed into a whole-wheat pita for a sandwich.
