*Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 tsp Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), 1.5 serving Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 3 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Yellow Mustard, 9 tsp or 1 packet Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced

boil potatoes and peel and cube, then chop, dice,cube all remaining ingredients
