Healthy Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage2 green bell peppers2 jalapeno peppers1 onion1 head of cauliflower1 can of tomato juice without or reduced salt1 pkg of low fat, low sodium, ground turkey 1lb1 or 2 teaspoons of turmeric1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powderSalt & pepper to tasteTabasco sauce optional added to tomato juice for extra flavour or use cayanne pepper
Directions
Remove core of cabbage and boil until tender 20 to 30 minutes same for any cabbage rolls
Stuffing:
Brown ground turkey with 1 tsp of coconut oil
add onions, green pepper chopped, jalepeno sliced, and seasonings to meat.
Add cauliflower (breaking the flowers to a small size consistency of cooked ground meat)
add 1/4 cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes
Drain extra water
Fill cabbage leaves with stuffing and roll like any other cabbage roll, place in slow cooker until contents used up
mix juice with desired spices and pour over the cabbage rolls
cook for 3 hours on high

alternative, cook in pot on stove for quicker cooking or in oven like traditional cabbage rolls
I prefer to not over cook and to cook at low temperatures for extra health benefits
