Gabby's pork & Potato soup

Ingredients
4 Medium potatoes cubed in small pieces1 Chopped onion1 Cup of chopped celery1 Tbsp of Cumin1 Tbsp of salt1 Tbsp of black pepper1 LB of ground lean pork3 Cups of water
Directions
Ground pork and strain over hot water to get all fat out. Add water, all chopped vegetables, cumin, salt and pepper. Let it cook down till potatoes are done and serve hot. Makes six 1 cup servings
