Florentine Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 12 ounces (remove)Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup (remove)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)*Basil - Fresh, 1 tsp (remove)*fresh oregano leaves:serving size 1 tsp of leaves, 1 serving (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*cheese, mozerella partskim, 0.25 cup (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat 350

Pound chicken breasts. Roll in parmesan and bread crumbs.

Mix cottage cheese, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper

Place spinach on chicken breast, add cottage cheese, and mozzarella. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
