Broccoli and Cauliflower Roman Style

Ingredients
12 oz. Broccoli and Cauliflower florets2 tbsp. olive oil2 tsp. minced garlic1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil, panko, and garlic in a 13x9 baking dish, spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes stiring once after 10 minutes.
