Bacon, Cheese and Potato Chowder

Ingredients
3 cups 2% Milk1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup2 cups cooked Refrigerated Diced Potatoes With Onion (around half the bag)1 cup 2% milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese4 slices Hormel Microwave Bacon, cooked, crumbled(or substitute bacon bits)2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Mix milk and soup in large saucepan. Stir in potatoes. Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring occasionally; simmer on med-low 10 min., stirring frequently.
Serve topped with cheese, bacon, and onions.
