Ingredients
1 large banana, mashed well1/2c oats (instant or rolled) Mix-ins- Anything that sounds good to you! (optional) Chocolate Chips Raisins Walnuts Cinnamon & chopped apples? White chocolate & macadamia nuts? Crushed pineapple and coconut?
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash banana well. Stir in oats, adding a little more if dough/batter is too wet. Add any mix-ins desired (don't forget to add to calorie count!).

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and divide dough into 4 cookies. Flatten slightly with fork.
