Honey Sriracha Teriyaki Chicken

2 tablespoons oil3 chicken breast halves, skinless/bonless, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces or strips1/3 cup honey1/3 cup soy sauce1 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha1 teaspoon sesame oil1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove, minced1/2 cup onion, chopped
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. When hot and slightly smoking add chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink on the outside. Cook another 5 minutes or so, turning occasionally, until chicken is browned and cooked through. Reduce heat to medium-low. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients, stir well. Add to chicken and stir to coat. Heat through and serve immediately.
