coconut oil 1 tbsflaxseed meal 2 tbsprotein powder 2 tbsegg whitecinnamon 1 tbsegg yolkhoney .5 tbswalnuts 14 gramsblueberries, dried 20 gramsmilk, 2% .25 cup
Directions
blend coconut oil, flax seed meal protein powder, egg white and cinnamon sprinkle some salt in. microwave for 30s. stir in honey, egg yolk, walnuts and berries. pour milk and enjoy.
