Place frozen banana and three berry medley to blenderSegment two cuties and addAdd 3 fresh strawberries.Add 1 to 1.5 cups of crushed iceAdd 1 cup cold waterBlend mixture at medium speed until mixture is easily flowing.Add milk Add 1 scoop of Body Fortress protein powder or equivalent slowly to drink while blending making sure the powder is thoroughly mixed and blended.For extra body, blend at high speed for last few seconds.
Place all fruit in blender
Add crushed ice and water and blend.
When blended, add milk and protein powder and thoroughly blend until smooth texture.
